Non-Negotiable is a product operated by Chicken/Egg Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Non-Negotiable is a wellbeing and self-reflection tool.

It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional healthcare advice.

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning reliably. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Non-Negotiable is an evolving product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the Service.
