• Basic profile information shared by Google if you choose to sign in with Google

• Life Balance Wheel ratings
• Habits and non-negotiables
• Schedules
• Check-ins
• Streaks
• Promises kept
• Weekly and monthly reviews
• Reflection notes and other content you choose to create within the app

Technical data

Minimal information required to operate and secure the service, including:

• Timestamps
• Error reports
• Device information
• IP addresses at the time of a request

We do not intentionally request or require special category personal data. Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information, including health information, into notes, reflections or other free-text fields.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

We may use essential cookies required for authentication, security and core app functionality.

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active.
